Water/q.s. 38%

配制方法:

Purge water for 20 min with nitrogen. Add the "Abex" surfactant and 25% of the vinyl acetate/SVS mixture. Purge for another 5 min with nitrogen. Heat the reaction mixture to 55 C and add the potassium persulfate initiator. Allow the potassium persulfate catalyst to mix for a few min and then add 10% of the sodium bisulfite activator solution. When the temperature increases a few degrees, begin the addition of the monomer mixture and activator concurrently. Control between 68-72 C for the remainder of the addition period (about 1 h).
Heat the latex to 80 C for 1 h. Cool to room temperature and filter.
