配制方法:
"Acintol" FA-2, penta, glycerol, phthalic anhydride, and 40 ml of xylene are reacted at a temperature of 230 C until an acid number of 7-9 mg KOH/g is obtained. The reaction is carried out as an azeotropic cook with a reflux condenser and a trap to remove water. After cooling the alkyd to 190 C the "Z-6018" resin and remaining xylene are added and the reaction continued at a temperature of 190-200 C until the desired viscosity at 60% solids is obtained. At this point, the alkyd appears to be gelled. The stoddard solvent is added and the N.V. adjusted to 60%. Visc.*---Z1-Z2 Color (Gardner 1963)---3 N.V.---61.0% A.N.
