Melt the wax and surfactants together at 95'C. Add the water (boiling) to the melt with stirring. After all the water has been added, cool the emulsion rapidly with the aid of an ice bath. Continue to stir until the emulsion temperature reaches 30'C. Add make-up water (to 100 ml) to compensate for evaporation.
