The two formulations shown differ to suit particular stripping operations, but both are designed for vulcanization at temperatures up to 110 C. If higher cure temperatures (e.g., 130-150 C) are used for increased production speeds the accelerator levels will need to be reduced by 10-30% to prevent overcure. It is a general requirement that condoms and any dressing materials applied to them should not contain substances which are known to be injurious to health. Modification of the formulations may be necessary in order to conform with the particular health regulations in force.
