"Cab-O-Sil" M-7/9.00 mg/tablet
Starch Paste (30% W/V)/10.00 mg/tablet
"Veegum" F/50.00 mg/tablet
"Emdex"/60.00 mg/tablet
"Avicel" PH 101/115.00 mg/tablet
Lactose/100.00 mg/tablet
Griseofulvin (micronized)/250.00 mg/tablet
Stearic Acid/6.00 mg/tablet

配制方法:

Prepare a wet granulation of griseofulvin. Mix the griseofulvin, lactose, and starch paste and pass through a 14-mesh sieve. Dry the granules in a 60 C oven for 6 h. Collect granules passing through a 20-mesh sieve. Combine griseofulvin granules, "Veegum" F, "Emdex," and "Avicel" PH 101 and mix for 15 min. Add the stearic acid and "Cab-O-Sil" to the mixture and blend for an additional 10 min. Compress.
