A: "Kemester" BE/1.25
B: "Carbopol" 934/0.15

配制方法:

Combine the ingredients in Part a and heat to 70-75 C. Disperse the "Carbopol" in water using good agitation and heat to 75-80 C. Add TEA and mix. Add the oil phase to the water phase using moderate agitation.
Continue mixing and cool to 40 C. Add the fragrance and package.
Packaging: Viscous lotion which can be dispensed from a plastic squeeze bottle.
