Add the dry blend of "Veegum" and CMC to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Add Part B and Part C in order, mixing after each addition until smooth and uniform. Packaging: To insure application of an adequately small amount of this composition, a small narrow neck glass or plastic bottle would be appropriate. Directions for use: Apply a small amount to facial wrinkles on clean, dry skin and spread well to a thin film. Maintain minimal facial movement while the film dries. Avoid contact with eyes.
