配制方法:

Heat the primary water to 85 C and thoroughly disperse the "Carbopol." Add the triethanolamine. Maintain 85 C, premix "Merquat" S and Secondary water, add to the "Carbopol" solution with stirring. In a separate vessel heat Part B to 78 C, slowly add to Part A while stirring. Begin cooling when uniform. At 40 C, add Part C. Continue mixing and cooling. Pour at 30 C.
