Corn Syrup (43' Baume)/18.0
Lecithin/0.2
Vegetable Shortening/36.8
"Mafco" Brand AG/2.0
Natural Cocoa (10-12%)/43.0
配制方法:
Melt vegetable shortening to 120 F and mix in corn syrup. Add one-half the quantity of lecithin and all the cocoa powder, with stirring. Now add the AG and blend in thoroughly until smooth. When quite stiff, add the balance of lecithin.
