配制方法:

Method 1: Disperse the food gums into the oil with mild agitation.
Add the water with mild agitation. Add the vinegar with mild agitation.
Add the sugar, salt and spices; agitate or homogenize.
Method 2. Dry-blend food gums with sugar and salt. Add dry blend to watr and vinegar; stir to hydrate gum particles. Add oil; agitate or homogenize.
Method 3: Disperse food gums, sugar, and salt in oil. Stir 5-20 min. Add water and vinegar; agitate or homogenize.
