The proportion of dry mix in the finished product is 20.23%.
Preparation of Dry Mix: Dry-blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
Preparation of Finshed Beverage: Add 90 g of mix to 353 ml (12 oz) of cold water. Add 4 crushed ice cubes and shake well. To make a foamier drink, mix in a blender at high speed.
