Formulation ratios must be accurate to +_1 part component A per 100
parts component B to obtain maximum flexing, tear strength, and abrasion
resistance properties. Mixing ratios should be calibrated at frequrent
intervals. Departure from recommended mixing ratio limitations can
result in loss of physical properties.
**Additive requirements vary with mixing equipment and customer
production requirements.
"Formrez" L49-03 polyether resin should be at approximate room
temperature (25 C) prior to mixing with ethylene glycol. Mix thoroughly
with high-speed, high-shear agitation. Add balance of ingredients listed
in Part B to "Formrez" L49-03 resin/ethylene glycol blend. Mix
thoroughly with high-speed, high-shear agitation before using.
Unused portion of Part B should be blanketed with dry nitrogen of -40 C
minimum d
