Regardless of the final concentration desired, mixing procedures are standard: Water at the temperature in the water main is suggested. Pump or pour "VARISOFT" 222 (preferably above 60'F) into the water while stirring. Avoid whipping air into the mix and unnecessarily creating foam. Once a uniformly smooth dispersion is achieved (about 10-15 minutes of stirring should be adequate), the product may be packaged. Finally, color and perfume can be added before bottling. Addition of a few ounces of "Dow Corning" Anti-Foam A will effectively eliminate foaming during bottling, if this appears to be a problem. Bottling temperature for glass is of no special concern, but if plastic bottles are being filled, the mix temperature must be below 95'F to prevent bottle collapse after complete cooling.
