Xylene/40.0
"Epon" 1001 or equivalent/30.0
2-Ethylhexoic Acid (Catalyst)/1.0
"Cellosolve" Acetate/-
"Dow Corning" Z-6018/30.0

配制方法:

Charge all ingredients to resin kettle and cook at reflux (between 285 and 300 F). Remove water azeotropically until the desired viscosity is obtained. Thin formula No.2 with methyl isobutylketone. Cooking time is about 8.5 hours for No.1 and 12 hours for No.2
