Siliconized Linseed Oil 40% Silicone, Fusion-Processed

配方组成:

"Dow Corning" Z-6018/40.000
Glycerol/3.500
Calcium Acetate Catalyst (0.1% wt of oil)/0.056
Linseed Oil/56.500

配制方法:

Charge glycerol, linseed oil, and catalyst. Heat to 490'F and hold for 30 minutes. Cool below 390'F and add "Dow Corning" Z-6018. Heat to 455'F and hold for 90 minutes. A small amount of xylene in the last stage is helpful in removing water.
