Oleoresin Capsicum/1.00
Benzoate of Soda/0.10
Gum Arabic/1.25
Water/To make 100.00
Oil of Dill Weed/25.00
Gum Tragacanth/1.00

配制方法:

Mix the oil of dill weed and oleoresin thoroughly with agitation.
Disperse the gums into the oil phase with vigorous, high-speed agitation. Slowly add the aqueous phase with continuous agitation.
Homogenize in a Manton-Gaulin type of pressure homogenizer.
