Sweet Liquor for Pickles
配方组成:
Granulated Sugar/2350 lb
Water/115 gal
White Vinegar (100 grain)/85 gal
"Spiceolate" Sweet Pickle/4 lb
配制方法:
Heat the vinegar and sugar to boiling for 15 minutes to invert the sugar; add the water and continue heating. Mix the "Spiceolate" with an equal quantity of water and add this to the syrup. Mix thoroughly for several minutes and strain or filter to obtain a bright product.
