This will make 600 gallons. Cover the coils with water, add the onions and puree, and bring to a boil. Mix the corn syrup, vinegar, salt, sugar with about 70 gal of water, and run in this syrup into the preceding. Add the soda and water to make 600 gal, and bring to a boil. Run through a finisher and keep agitated at points where the sauce is held. Add the flavors just before running through a finisher.
