Nonfat Milk Solids/1.75 lb
Fat/14 oz
Soup Base/7 oz
配制方法:
Melt the fat and flour and blend well. Add the milk solids and soup base to the water and beat with even whipping until well blended; then heat until hot. Add gradually to the fat and flour mixture; cook until thick, stirring constantly; and season with salt and pepper to taste.
