Coconut Oil (M.P. 96'F)/5
Powdered Sugar/100
Enzyme-Treated Powdered Whole Milk/15
a: Liquor Chocolate/10
Melt the liquor chocolate and coconut oil, add the powdered milk and
salt, and mix well.
Then add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly
b: water/10
Corn Syrup/15
Invert Sugar/15
Salt/1
Flavor/As desired

配制方法:

Heat the water, corn syrup, and invert sugar to approximately 200'F; add this to a, mixing and heating at 165 to 175'F. then add the flavor and deposit into impressions in starch.
This fudge may also be deposited on waxed paper or rubber mats to form wafers.
