Place all the ingredients into a caramel-cooking kettle, equipped with agitators, and heat to 246'F. Cool to 230'F, then add 45 lb of basic fondant, 30 lb Frappe No.1, flavor, nuts, etc., and spread the batch at approximately 165'F.
