Walnuts in Imitation Maple-Flavored Syrup (Prepared Sundae Dressing)

配方组成:

Granulated Sugar/7 lb, 4 oz
Caramel Color/To suit
Water/5 lb, 12 oz
"Sweetose"/60 lb
Maple Flavor/To suit

配制方法:

Bring the "Sweetose," sugar, and water to a boil and then add the flavor and color.
Place the desired quantity of walnut pieces in each container; then fill with hot syrup and seal at once. A half-gallon container will require about 2 lb of nut meats and a No.3 can, about 1 pound.
