配方组成:

Sweetened Condensed Whole Milk/5 lb
Add, stir until smooth, and heat to 224'F
Vanilla Flavor Blend/To suit
Bicarbonate of Soda/0.75 oz
"Sweetose"/20 lb
Water/4 lb
Salt/2 oz
Water/4 oz

配制方法:

Turn off the heat, and mix in well. Homogenize and fill into glass jars. Seal the containers at 180 to 190'F.
The approximate yield will be 26 lb.
Adjust the cooking of the "Sweetose" and milk to obtain the desired color. use a medium-yellow or goldenbrown sugar (No.8 or No.10 preferred.)
