25% sweetener Solids "Sweetose
Granulated Sugar/55 lb
"Sweetose"/30 lb
Frozen Red Raspberries (5 X 1 Pack)/120 lb

配制方法:

The approximate yield of each batch will be 160 lb at 68% soluble solids.
Place all ingredients in a kettle and heat rapidly to 222'F. Then fill into containers at once and seal while hot. Cool rapidly to preserve the natural color of the fruit.
