配方组成:

25% Sweetener Solids "Sweetose
Granulated Sugar/75 lb
"Sweetose"/30 lb
Crushed Pineapple/100 lb

配制方法:

The approximate yield will be 160 lb at 68% soluble solids.
Use finely crushed, canned, unsweetened pineapple, packed in juice.
Place all ingredients in a kettle and heat rapidly to 222'F. Then fill into containers at once and seal while hot. Cool rapidly to prevent darkening of the fruit.
