Water/20 lb Citric Acid/2.66 oz Glycerol/3 lb "Sucaryl" Sodium/2.75 oz Crushed Pitted Fresh Apricots/25 lb Low-Methoxyl Pectin/6 oz
配制方法:
Pour the glycerol into the kettle and stir in the pectin to a smooth slurry. Add the water and stir until no lumps remain. Heat and add the fruit. Stir and boil for about 5 minutes. Add the citric acid and "Sucaryl." Boil about 5 minutes more. Pour into containers while hot, and seal immediately.
