配制方法:
Premix gum with 5 to 10 times its weight of sugar and add to the water . Disperse. Add cocoa and heat to 180'F. Maintain for 10 minutes.
Add balance of ingredients, heat to 180'F, and maintain for 10 minutes.
Homogenize.
