Sodium Benzoate/0.5 lb
"Carbo-Lok"/4 oz
cold Water/To make 100 gal
Pectin, N.F. No.444/6 lb
True-Fruit Raspberry Flavor/3.75 gal
Water (180-190'F)/40 gal
Citric Acid (50% Solution)/150 fl oz
Calcium "Sucaryl"/12 lb
配制方法:
Add the benzoate and pectin to he water with vigorous agitation.
Then stir in the "Sucaryl.." Add the flavor, citric acid, and color with agitation and sift in the "Carbo-Lok" with stirring.
