Add the "VEEGUM" to the water slowly, agitating continually until
smooth. Heat to 70'C. Heat B to 75'C. Add B to A and mix until cool.

配制方法:

Mix A, heat at 70'C. until dissolved. Sprinkle "Carbopol" into stirred water, add antimicrobial, heat to 70'C. Stir B into A. Add C with stirring. Disperse pearl pigment in small increments with stirring.
Add perfume with stirring.
