The "Methocel" is mixed with about one-fifth of the water at between 80'-90'C. After it "wets out" for a short time, the remainder of the water is added as cold water or even ice. Stir until smooth. Cooling below room temperature yields solutions of maximum clarity. Mix C, warm to dissolve, mix with B. Stir the combined B and C into A. Disperse pearl pigment in small increments with stirring, making sure the mixture is uniform before adding the next increment.
