配方组成:

Sweetened Condensed Whole Milk/10 lb
Bicarbonate of Soda/1 oz
Cocoa Powder/4 lb
Water/4 lb
"Sweetose"/40 lb
Vanilla/To suit
Salt/4 oz

配制方法:

Proceed as indicated under Formula No.1.
Select the cocoa for flavor and color. A blend of natural (or breakfast) and dutched cocoa is recommended. Be sure to stir the mixture while heating to 200'F, and then stir occasionally while holding at that temperature. The approximate yield will be 56 lb.
