Sweetened Condensed Whole Milk/10 lb
Bicarbonate of Soda/1 oz
Cocoa Powder/4 lb
Water/8 lb
"Sweetose"/40 lb
Vanilla/To suit
Salt/4 oz

配制方法:

Combine the ingredients in the order listed, mixing together thoroughly to insure a smooth blend. Stir while heating to 200'F and hold at this temperature for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat, add the flavor, and mix well. Homogenize at once to insure a smooth product; then fill and seal in containers at 180'F. The approximate yield will be 60 lb.
