配制方法:

Procedure Using Electric Mixer (If a high-speed commercial mixer is used, reduce mixing time.) A. Pour 0.5 cup cold water into small mixing bowl. Add contents of Bag A. Mix at low speed until powder is thoroughly wetted out. Beat at highest speed until straight, stiff peaks form when beater is raised (2-3 minutes). Guide mix to center of bowl occasionally. Rotate bowl.
B. Turn mixer to lowest speed and slowly pour in contents of Bag B in a steady stream. Scrape bowl with rubber scraper. Then, beat at highest speed until stiff peaks form (2-4 minutes). Rotate bowl during mixing.
Fold in color and additional flavor, if desired. This mix has a mild vanilla flavor.
