配方组成:
Wheat Flour (General Purpose)/360 g
Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening/100 g
Salt/20 g
Water/240 g
"Promine"-D/40 g
Ammonium Bicarbonate/15 g
配制方法:
Mix dry ingredients, add water, and knead. Roll out on floured board to about 1/16-inch thick. Puncture with fork and cut into squares. Bake at 550'F for about 4 minutes.
If puffy crackers are desired, do not puncture dough.
