"Proflo"/5 lb
Honey/60 lb
Shortening/10 lb
Invert Sugar/30 lb
Salt/1 lb

配制方法:

Cream the shortening, sugar, "Proflo," flavor, and salt. While creaming, gradually add the eggs and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Then add the honey and invert sugar and mix until smooth. Dissolve the soda and ammonia in the water. Add this solution, along with the flavor, to the creamed mix. Then mix again until smooth.
