Black Walnuts/1 lb
Salt/1 oz
"Cinacoa"/8 oz
Pastry Flour/1 lb, 8 oz
Granulated Sugar/2 lb, 8 oz
Whole Eggs/12 oz
Glucose/12 oz

配制方法:

Scale all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix at moderate speed to a smooth dough.
Scale approximately 9 lb into a greased and papered bun pan. Bake light at 375 to 400'F. Cool and cut into squares or bars.
