Liquid Fresh or Reconstituted Nonfat Dry Milk Solids/3 lb
Flavor/To suit
Brown Sugar/10 lb, 6 oz
Bleached Cake or Pastry Flour/10 lb, 8 oz
Shortening/3.25 lb
Egg/2.25 lb
Salt/3 oz
配制方法:
Add and mix only until smooth.
Roll out, cut as desired, place on greased and dusted pans, and bake at 375 to 390'F.
