Add in three portions, mixing 3 minutes each
125% Granulated Sugar/9 lb, 6 oz
Cake Flour/3 lb
Baking Powder/6 oz
Salt/3 oz
Liquid Milk "Parlac"/3 lb
Whole Eggs/4 lb, 2 oz
Vanilla Extract/2 oz
"Parlac" Dry Whole Milk/13 oz
Cake Flour/4 lb, 8 oz
Crushed Pineapple/3 lb
High Grade Shortening/3 lb
Liquid Milk "Parlac"/3 lb, 2 oz
配制方法:
Add and mix smooth.
Batch weight: 40 lb. Bake at 360'F. When cakes are cool, have syrup hot; dip cakes and drain them on screens.
