Soda/1 oz
Water/6 lb, 8 oz
Vanilla Extract/2 oz
Salt/6 oz
Melted Bitter Chocolate/2 lb, 8 oz
Baking Powder/4 oz
配制方法:
When smooth, incorporate at low speed.
Batch weight: 56 lb, 5 oz. Scale 7 oz in 7-inch layer tins; 9 oz in 8-inch layer tins. Bake at 375'F.
