The dough should have at least 20 minutes floor time before going to the divider. Make up and proof normally. Bake at 400 to 410'F for 30 minutes for 1-lb loaves. The yield should be 193 lb, 10 oz.
This formula was made part of a governmental program designed to promote more nutritious foods for children. Great emphasis has been placed on a high content of milk solids.
