Carefully disperse the "Carbopol" 941 in half the water, and then neutralize with the sodium hydroxide. Separately disperse the "Titanox" AWD in the remaining water and add this slowly to the "Carbopol" 941 mucilage. Stir to uniformity. There is no settling on aging, but the suspension tends to form a weak gel which reverts to a fluid on very slight stirring.
