The cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, and glyceryl trilaurate are melted together. The chloroprophenpyridamine maleate and terra alba are added to the melted mixture while stirring. After a thorough mixing of the cetyl alcohol, stearic aicd, glyceryl trilaurate, and chloroprophenpyridamine maleate, the mixture is cooled until it congeals to a hard mass, the stirring being continued as long as possible. The formed mass is ground and sieved through a 30-mesh screen. The sucrose syrup is added to the powder thus obtained and thoroughly mixed with it. The resulting product is ground through a 14-mesh screen. The granules are dried 10 hours at 37'C and sieved through an 18-mesh screen.
