Blend calcium carbonate and mannitol. Dissolve saccharin in starch paste and use this to granulate the medicament-mannitol blend. Dry at 140'F and screen through 16-mesh screen. Incorporate flavor, talc, and magnesium stearate; mix well. Age at least 24 hours and compress.
