配制方法:
a) blend together all solids, except the antibiotic calcium dioxytetracycline and the color, in a twin-shell blender. Pulverize these solids through a No.60 screen and reblend. b) Add a to about 800 ml of "Sorbo" with rapid stirring, followed by the flavor. c) Pulverize the antibiotic through a No.60 screen and add to ab. Then add the color. d) Add sufficient "Sorbo" to bring the final volume to 1000 ml, and run the preparation through a mechanical homogenizer. e) Adjust pH to 7.5 with a 60% w/v solution of citric acid, and saturate the preparation with nitrogen.
