With a small dry paint brush, put a thin layer of powdered sodium fluoride (a contact poison) on or close to all cracks around the baseboard and all other places where the insects enter. Do not remove this poison for at least 2 weeks after the last roach has been seen. Inspection for roaches should be made as late at night as possible and immediately after the light has been turned on in the previously unlighted room.
