配制方法:
(a) Heat 575 g of "Sorbo" to 85'C, and dissolve in it the nicotinamide, riboflavin-5'-phosphate, synthetic sweeteners, and preservatives. Cool to 25'C and mix well under inert gas. Then add and dissolve the thiamine and pyridoxine hydrochlorides with thorough mixing. Add and dissolve the ascorbic acid. (b) Slurry the vitamin B12 in 10 ml of distilled water and add to the main batch (a), mixing well. (c) Heat 300 ml of distilled water to boiling and dissolve the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, using high-shear equipment. Cool to 25'C and add to the main batch (a), mixing well (d) Mix the vitamins A and D with sufficient "Tween" 80 to obtain clarity (about 10 g). Add 25 g of "Sorbo." Then add 50 ml of distilled water, mix well, and homogenize. Rinse the container with small quantities of water to a total of 25 to 50 ml. Add to the main batch (a), and mix well. (e) Add a sufficient quantity of water to make the total volume 1000 ml.
