Antiperspirant Stick

配方组成:

Propylene glycol/27.3
Mix water, propylene glycol and Rehydrol ASC Powder and heat with
mild agitation to 185'F. Add Emcol 70 slowly, while maintaining
agitation and 185'F temperature. When clear, add Emcol 249-3K and Emcol
F26-46 slowly with agitation. When clear, add titanium dioxide and
continue mixing at 185'F until a uniform dispersion is obtained. Cool to
170'F with agitation, then mix in perfume. Pour at 165 to 167'F into
required containers.

配制方法:

Heat the "PROCETYL" AWS, "CRODACOL" C and "Carbowax" together to 60'C until completely melted and homogenous. Cool to 50'C and add the MICRO-DRY with high-speed stirring, avoiding inclusion of excessive air.
Stir until uniform and free from agglomerates (approx. 5 minutes) and fill off.
