Melt together all fat-soluble materials in one kettle and heat to 90'C. Where Veegum is called for, add this to the water while agitating until thoroughly dispersed. Add remaining water-soluble materials (except the ethanol, perfume, and preservative) and heat to 90'C. Add the aqueous solution to the oil solution while stirring at a rate that will not cause the inclusion of air. Continue mixing to 40'C, add the ethanol where called for, and the preservative and perfume. Continue mixing until cool; remix the next day and pack.
