b: Water/93.0
Stearic Acid/4.0
Potassium Hydroxide/0.15
a: Cetyl Alcohol/1.0
Glycerol/0.5
Preservative/0.1

配制方法:

Heat a and b separately to 70'C; add b to a with agitation; stir the mixture until it cools to 35'C.
