Mix a and b and heat to 60'C. Heat c to 62'C and add to the first mixture with moderate agitation, continued until emulsion is cool. Slightly more or less lanolin may be used in such a formula. Although emolliency is often a desirable feature, most users of waterless hand cleaners object to any greasy or slippery "after-feel." The formula as shown above should give a pleasant non-greasy feeling.
